The team leader - with a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from UBC and 28 years of helping families make wise real estate choices, Donna believes in building relationships and exceeding her clients' expectations by making their real estate transaction a positive experience. She knows the synergy created by teamwork and the benefits that flow to all who make the decision to work with a team. She has created a team to ensure all her clients needs are taken care of in an exceptional way.

Tracy Broughton
Licensed as a Realtor since 2008, she has an extensive background in Real Estate starting as a 12 year old, clipping and mailing ads for her Mom at Camosun Properties. Tracy spent several years with Victoria Real Estate Board, RE/MAX Ports West and RE/MAX Camosun in reception, accounting and public relations. For 6 years she was with the Victoria School Board as an education assistant. She joined the team to work with buyers and sellers in this challenging and changing market. Tracy has spent her whole life in Victoria, attended all levels of school, played sports and knows the cultural environment of the city from ballet to basketball.

Julia Sharpe is the client care coordinator for Donna Curtis and Associates. She has brought years of office administration and management skills to the team. A true Victorian native, Julia enjoys spending time with her two teenagers. Her love for her family and the many adventures they take together keep her busy on her days off.
